Content not saving in pages.
After about 25-30 emails to support, resulting in an equal amount of "closed tickets" from Flashmoto, I am still unable to save and publish text in a variety of the pages on my Flashmoto website. It makes little difference that a flashmoto programmer can make the changes and subsequently use that as proof that there is no problem, when me, the client, can not complete the simple, and very necessary task of uploading text to page! The save option does not register when clicked after making a text edit to a rich content block. In addition, another new problem has just occurred when I try to change the font of a rich content block, the text on the page disappears completely from the site when previewed.
The text on these pages appears when I view the pages in the admin panel, but disappears while I preview the site. I have tried all variations of the of the Properties of the Text Object, checking on and off the options of Text Field, Fonts or Making Selectable, and nothing is allowing me to edit text and publish it to the site. I am only using the system fonts as I have not added any custom ones. Without this ability the site not usable and the time spent on this is costing me a fortune.
Has anyone had this issue? Can anyone help me out? I have lost faith in Flashmoto support completely. Their only solution is to go into my site add a letter to the Text object, save it, and then tell me there is no problem, meanwhile I have a site up with pages that have no text where there should be http://prodeolounge.com/#/hotel1/
Flashmoto still interests me because of the "supposed" ability to create and maintain my website without a programmer, which is why I have been exercising extreme patience, however I am starting to lose it. This product was released way too early and unfortunately I bought into its hype.

Inappropriate?I have been reporting this problem for two months to Flashmoto. They enter my site make one small change to the text, save it, close the ticket and tell me nothing is wrong. The problem is progressively getting worse as explained above, and I have not received any notice from them in the past two days as I have a website that is plainly missing text and content that is visible in the admin panel view and just not there on the live site.
Really....horrible.
How they released this product with so many obvious bugs is beyond me. -

We've examined statistics of your requests in our ticket system. You've submitted 3 tickets to our Helpdesk for all time - the latest ticket regarding saving problems was closed January 26th with your comment: "Well, I don't know if you actually changed anything, but it seems to be working for now."
Since that time we've received no requests for you (not counting the Zend Optimizer problem, caused by something on your server's side, that was resolved within 3 hours) and now this topic appears.
Also there were no emails sent by you to support@flashmoto.com.
We're always happy to help you and will try resolving all existing issues. We've submitted this ticket to our tracking system to get further on your problem.

Inappropriate?I think Demetrio's point of view is a good way to demonstrate that sometimes problems are exaggerated.
What I've learned that some web hosting providers have a lot of issues with setting correct settings for read/write permissions for files and folders and that can cause a lot of misunderstanding when working with customers.
There are number of customers who have built their websites and have never created any support tickets. The CMS product is not just a template - it is quite complicated system and since it is responsible for managing websites structure it needs to have enough permissions on system level.
P.S. Prodeo it does not mean that your hosting is bad, I just wanted to show you that the problem can lie not only inside the product, but in the system too.
Demetrio is ready to help you, he just need to learn more information about the problem.

Are you sure 3 tickets? And how many times did I keep replying to the same tickets with the same issue over and over again?
And still, you do not fix anything.
David, I appreciate your point of view, but the only exaggeration that is occurring is Flashmoto claims of this CMS being a complete product.
Below is a screen shot of my "sent" mail items. You can see how many there are to Flashmoto support. If you are familiar with gmail you will notice how many replies there are to each. Those are my continued complaints. Emails with the subject "Preview not working" are describing the same problem (Demetrio, you would know that if you actually looked into the problem).

Inappropriate?By the way, I saw that you added your company logo as image and it will show progress bar on slow connections. We are working on images "preload" feature, so you will be able to load any images when your website is loading. Stay in touch.

Here is what happens when I try it, which is the same issue I have been describing for 2 months with emails and screenshots. The fact that you can make a change and save it just great...really...but I am the customer, and your product does not work. It may take more than a two second review to fix the issue. Obviously due diligence is not being exercised here. Review my emails and screenshots and fix the problem please.

Inappropriate?It looks to me like a problem with permissions, however, if Demetrio can login and make changes and Proteo cannot it advices that the problem can be with the PC (local firewall, etc).
Proteo did you try to make those changes from a single PC all the time? Or you have tried couple of them? -

First thank for your efforts. The issue is that I can make changes on certain pages, but not on others. However, the issue is becoming more difficult to define as I am getting varying errors. Sometimes it is the error that you saw in the last screenshot, but most other times the "Save" button is just not activated, and still other times, which is the worse problem so far, that I am updating content that I can see in the admin and save it, but then does not appear on the preview, or the live site.

Cookies are enabled in both Safari and Chrome which I use, but again, this problem is cancerous as it has taken various forms and seems to be getting progressively worse and affecting more pages. The site is inoperable and I am losing so much time and money with it. I have spent so much time and effort to describe this problem in detail with screenshots and descriptive emails, and two and half months later and still can not even post content on my site.
I am sticking with Flashmoto (for the moment) for the idea of what this system "could" be, but until now it has been a large waste of time and money. These are simple tasks we are discussing, I could only imagine if I was trying to achieve something more complicated....

Inappropriate?I have the same problem where system fonts like arial, tahoma, times new roman would not show up when I preview my website but they show fine while editing in flashmoto. I've been very frustrated with template-help support because it's been almost a week and no one can resolve it. I actually figured it out myself that the only fonts I can use where the fonts found in the fonts manager - which are ONLY 3, and that's a BUMMER and I find it ridiculous. I've spent so many hours chatting with tech support at template-help and they were all a waste of my time.
I'm going to try to submit a ticket here in flashmoto and see if I get a solution.

Inappropriate?I too am having this problem with adding new items to existing modules and editing the text of existing items. The edits do not save and I am logged in as the administrator. I will be creating a ticket here as well since I too have had mix help with the folks at template help.
