Login Error

I successfully installed and edited my site, but after logging out, it does not allow me to log back in. When I click, "forgot username and password" and input email, it gives an error saying "data cannot be retrieved." I saw this error was already posted, but wanted to make sure you guys knew it wasn't an isolated incident.
